From the transcript: “And now, I’d like to tell you about something I made this week. I made a sizable addition to my knitting stash. This past weekend was the Knit North Yarn Crawl that had nine participating shops north of Boston. Each shop had special promotions and sales for the four-day event. So one morning, I hopped in the car with my son and we drove to all nine stores. The big find of the day was twelve skeins of yarn I bought to finally make my family’s Christmas stockings. Joey was a hit in each shop and had so much fun meeting all of the other crawlers, most of whom were grandmothers who were happy to have a toddler around to fawn over.”
